That's why we work with trusted domestic suppliers and professional shipping partners to ensure your order arrives safely, accurately, and as quickly as possible.
Shipping Coverage Area
We currently ship to customers within the continental United States.
At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.
Our team then verifies product availability, confirms order details, and begins coordinating fulfillment with our supplier and shipping partners.
If additional information is needed, we will contact you promptly.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Some specialty products, custom configurations, or items requiring additional preparation may require additional processing time. If that occurs, we will communicate updated timelines as soon as possible.
Shipment Notification & Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information whenever available.
For larger freight shipments, delivery appointments may be coordinated directly by the carrier. We recommend monitoring your tracking information and being available for any scheduling communications.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days from the date the order is placed.
Typical transit times range from 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the product, shipping method, carrier schedules, and delivery destination.

Shipping Carriers
We partner with established national carriers including FedEx, UPS, USPS, and professional freight carriers.
Larger products such as mobility scooters, power wheelchairs, lift chairs, vehicle lifts, and other oversized items are often delivered via freight services to ensure safe handling and transportation.
Delays & Exceptions
While most orders arrive within the expected timeframe, occasional delays can occur due to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, supplier inventory updates, freight scheduling, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If a product becomes temporarily unavailable, backordered, or requires additional lead time, we will contact you promptly with updated information and available options.
